At Tide Watches, we believe in creating timepieces that are built to last, not to be discarded. We design our watches with longevity and repairability in mind, ensuring that each component can be replaced or refurbished. This way, our products remain in use, reducing waste and encouraging a mindset of responsible consumption.
From Ocean Plastic to Craftsmanship
We source our materials directly from the oceans and rivers of the Netherlands, turning waste into high-quality products. By using reclaimed ocean plastic, we address one of the most critical environmental challenges while demonstrating that discarded materials can be transformed into something meaningful and durable.
Made Locally in Rotterdam
We take a hands-on approach, producing all our watches locally in Rotterdam. By staying close to the entire process—from collecting plastic to assembling our watches—we ensure transparency and control over every aspect of production. This local approach reduces our carbon footprint and strengthens our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Partnering with Environmental Initiatives
We actively support change. Tide Watches partners with leading environmental organizations and initiatives, like ClearRivers and Healix, that focus on cleaning rivers and oceans, processing plastic waste, and promoting sustainable living.
